My Chill Sunday

Hello everyone.... Today was a good day.. Relaxing and comfortable. I talked to a good friend of mine Sharayah on skype. I love her soo much she always has great conversation and great advice. I am glad we met . Almost three year old friends :) and growing stronger. Today my familly and i recieved some news about a family member passing away but saying i really did not know him very well i can not get emotional. (Hope thats not a bad thing) . Talked to friends on twitter but seems like they are just about drama between things that dnt involve them so that was kinda fustrating grrrr. I am trying to move away from that some things arent even worth the time you know!!!!! Well for me today i felt as if i ate a little healthier. Breakfast wasnt that healthy but it wasnt that bad. Cereal and granola bars for lunch and Nutella on wheat bread for snack. Dinner was great mom made Salmon Rice and mixed vegitables.... Healthy !!!!!! I think if  I take it step by step and little by little i can achieve. SO here is my start . Just put your mind to it and you can do it.
