Hello everyone happy Monday to all. Today was a great day. Finished my yearbook page and had a nice laugh with firends. Today my diet wasnt so healthy. I didnt really eat!! For breakfast i had a cofee cake. Lunch i had a bag of chex mix and dinner i had an Belizean meal called boil up (mom is from belize) which had fish , rice , potatoas , bannana and tomato sauce. Good but wasnt that healthy. Today my friends and i looked at prom dresses but i am still looking for ideas for dresses. Fav color os yellow so i know my colorbut not what i want.. lot to think about..Hmmmmm well goodnight  Just put your mind to it and you can do it.

My Chill Sunday

Hello everyone.... Today was a good day.. Relaxing and comfortable. I talked to a good friend of mine Sharayah on skype. I love her soo much she always has great conversation and great advice. I am glad we met . Almost three year old friends :) and growing stronger. Today my familly and i recieved some news about a family member passing away but saying i really did not know him very well i can not get emotional. (Hope thats not a bad thing) . Talked to friends on twitter but seems like they are just about drama between things that dnt involve them so that was kinda fustrating grrrr. I am trying to move away from that some things arent even worth the time you know!!!!! Well for me today i felt as if i ate a little healthier. Breakfast wasnt that healthy but it wasnt that bad. Cereal and granola bars for lunch and Nutella on wheat bread for snack. Dinner was great mom made Salmon Rice and mixed vegitables.... Healthy !!!!!! I think if  I take it step by step and little by little i can achieve. SO here is my start . Just put your mind to it and you can do it.

Just Put Your Mind To it and you can do it!!!!!

Hmmmm my first blog entry ... Kinda new to this so it willl take me a while. I decided to blog so that i do not have to go threw this alone. Maybe there are many people that have the same problem as me. If i blog while letting my feelings out maybe i can motivate some one or even some one can motivate me. I am trying to slim down before prom comes so that i can look amazing. This is my senior year and i want the memories to be wonderful. I have set my mind to it but i have no motiivation around me so one of my ideas was to blog and maybe this can help me out. My mom is also a blogger ( Scrapper "N" The Making ) and she meets many friends and many people that she can relate to so may be it can do the same. Her blog is all about craft and mine will be about my everyday life . So i plan on as of today starting my journey Come on and join me to :) Just Put Your Mind To it and you can do it!!!!!
